- טְלַעI (b. h. צלע; cmp. טלל) (to hang over, incline, to halt. Af. אַטְלַע same. Targ. Gen. 32:32, v. טְלַח. Yeb.39b אַטְלַע לה רגליךוכ׳ turn thy right foot towards her ואטלע להוכ׳ and he did so, Rashi; v. next w. Ithpe. אִיטְּלַע to become lame. Meg.22b; Taan25a; Succ.53a.
